Fixed
WOFF fonts render, and HDR is flagged correctly
Fixes three bugs: WOFF font files failing at render time, BT.2020 SDR video reported as HDR, and an output mapping mistake reported as a bad input.
API
Three bugs, each one a case where a job said one thing and did another.
- WOFF fonts render. The font inputs accepted a
.wofffile, then the render step refused it after the job had started. WOFF files are now decoded at render time, the same way WOFF2 already was. TTF, OTF, WOFF and WOFF2 all work. isHdrfollows the transfer curve. A probe flagged any video with BT.2020 colour primaries as HDR. BT.2020 alone means wide gamut, and plenty of it is SDR.isHdris now true only for PQ (smpte2084) or HLG (arib-std-b67) transfer. The field and its type are unchanged.- “No output stream” is reported as an output problem. FFmpeg 8 dropped the
#0fromOutput file does not contain any stream, so the message fell through to the input-error rule and told you your input had no media. It now says the command maps no streams to the output and points at-map, stream selectors andfilter_complexlabels. It also fails straight away instead of retrying a command that cannot succeed.
Fonts are covered in the compose docs, and the probe summary in the ffprobe docs.
